February Wrap Up
Anyone else surprised that today is March 1st? I know I am. We haven't had much winter weather here in Idaho, it's actually been more like spring until just recently when we've gotten a few snow storms. We actually have snow on the ground for the first time all season.
It was a busy reading month for me. I read and reviewed five new releases.
As Bright As Heaven by Susan Meissner
Across the Blue by Carrie Turansky
Renegades by Marissa Meyer
If He Only Knew by Christy and Gabriel
The Lost Castle by Kristy Cambron
My most favorite post this month was Yes, Kiss Me Again...An Intro to Kissing #1 - surprised? It has to do with kisses, I'm not in the least.
I finally was able to see the movie Wonder, and I can't recommend it enough. It is such an inspirational film. Not only do kids need to see it, so do parents. If for no other reason than to use it as a teaching tool on how to treat others, whether they are like you or not.
We had four birthdays this month. Two daughters, my mom, and our grandson. A total of 142 years. My parents also celebrated 59 years of marital bliss.
If I had to choose a favorite book for this month, it would be The Lost Castle by Kristy Cambron. Three time periods, a castle, and romance.
My upcoming reviews for March . . .
The Lacemaker by Laura Frantz
A Passionate Hope by Jill Eileen Smith
The Man He Never Was by James L Rubart
The Sea Before Us by Sarah Sundin
Judah's Wife by Angela Hunt
Not a Word by Chautona Havig
I hope you had a wonderful February, and that you have some great things to look forward to in March.
