My Thoughts:

I love second-chance romances and the second book of the Hearts Bend Collection does not disappoint!

While the romance between Cami and Ben is sweet and sensed from the onset as they are drawn together. It was the faith journey that they both went on that really touched my heart. 

Mandy Boerma does a fantastic job of crafting this story. Ben and Cami were perfect characters! They fed off each other, creating great tension and humor.

I love that the sweet town of Hearts Bend continues because it is one of my favorite fictional towns.

My Thoughts

Small southern towns wouldn't be what they are without football and the favorite bakery on main street offering delectable goodies. This is what Hearts Bend, TN is and it was so much fun returning to this charming little town with cherished old characters and meeting new ones.

Chloe brought a little bit of Parie' to this little town, amidst her overwhelming grief at the devastating loss of her husband.

Sam was struggling in both body and spirit, with a football injury and being estranged from his father.

Watching Sam and Chloe's journey to wholeness is what makes a Rachel Hauck story so endearing.

Congratulations to Carrie Padgett on her first publishing achievement with Sunrise Publishing! She did an absolutely fabulous job writing a story that any Hearts Bend fan would love. 

This is an absolute must-read for all Rom-Com fans, and Hearts Bend fans!
