Personal disclosure is amazing---thank you for sharing a little about yourself!
I don’t have epilepsy, but one of my biggest migraine triggers are the hormonal shifts that happen before my period starts.
I didn’t know epilepsy could be triggered by the same thing.
Here is my Top Ten Tuesday.
aww i love seeing the CFRR post on your list!
I'm the opposite when it comes to football. I've always preferred the NFL to the NCAA, though I enjoy watching it no matter who's playing! When it comes to basketball, I would much rather watch NCAA than NBA.

You're welcome! Thanks for stopping by
Estrogen is evil for our brains. In epilepsy patients it can cause seizures. For me my brain thinks I am cycling even though I haven't had a period since 1996. I'd just turned 30. Hormonal shifts can cause all kinds of fun things.
Carrie, it was one of the most impactful events of my life. <3
Pam, that is so interesting but definitely fun. I used to type the play by plays for the college I attended. Let me tell you trying to keep track watching a basketball game was stressful. LOL
