My Thoughts

Coloring for me is a huge stress reliever and the big illustrations are perfect for those days when stress is just overwhelming. I haven't used the journaling pages yet, but the prompts could be transferred to a regular journal if you have one you use specifically.

While Ms. Bodiford has epilepsy this coloring book could be used for any chronic illness sufferer who is looking for a way to relax.

Christalle Bodiford provided me with a copy for review and then I won her giveaway so I have an extra copy of this book to giveaway. To enter follow the following instructions.
