I've never been much of a regency reader but authors like Erica Vetsch who write enticing and engaging stories like The Debutante's Code make me want to read more. The characters were captivating and charming. Along with a swoony Bow Street runner Daniel Thorndike. I really didn't understand at the beginning that this book is a mystery within a mystery along with spies. I have read four of Ms. Vetsch's books this year and have loved every one!
