Today's Top Ten Tuesday topic is our first reviews. Until I started blogging I didn't write reviews. I'm embarrassed to say that I didn't understand the importance of it. It was fun going back and looking through my first books. There were a few I had forgotten about.
Going back through my blog archives is like visiting old friends.
You have probably heard me talk about The Daughter's of Boston series and how much I love it! This was the first series I reviewed since reading The Love Comes Softly series.
When I read this book in 2008 it was a little out of my comfort zone. I believe it would now be considered time slip but in '08 I don't believe that was a sub-genre of inspirational fiction.
Another book I completely forgot about. I had to read this during the day only but it was awesome!
I completely forgot about this series by Camy Tang and I adored it!
Faking Grace by Tamara Leigh got a make-over but I fell in love with it and Tamara Leigh in 2008.

As a huge Tudor era fan I was beyond tickled when this book came out.
I don't read much if any Amish books anymore. I read so many of them early on that I got burnt out, but I really enjoyed this one.
I miss Lisa Samson's writing! She is fun and quirky and her character's are just some of the best. She's designing adult coloring books now which I love as well!
Since I am currently reading The Heart of a King, the loves of King Solomon by Jill Eileen Smith I had to find my review of Michal, who was the first wife of King David.
Have you read any of these books? What were the books you first reviewed? Let me know in the comments!
