My Thoughts

This is such a sweet children's book. The illustrations are bright and go perfectly with the story. Little girl, Poppy, wants to know if God ever sleeps or if He's available all the time. Using scripture and story-telling, Ms. Walsh shows children that God is always available.

While the target audience is children, parents, or grandparents reading this to a young child will definitely benefit from the message.

Reading it brought back memories of my mom and dad reading us stories from the Bible before bed.

This would be a fun book to add to a baby shower gift.
