My Thoughts:

Rachel Dylan is a go to author for me because she writes such fabulous romantic suspense and legal intrigue.

I am very sad to see this series come to a close. This book is packed with action, suspense, swoony heroes and legal intrigue that keeps you turning pages faster and faster.

As a Navy brat I loved that she had a Navy Seal as one of the characters. Vivian has been one of my favorite characters of the three friends so I was happy to see her get her own story.

Ms. Dylan wove the faith element throughout the story beautifully; without being overbearing or preaching.

This is one of my favorite quotes from the book.

“That’s where our faith has to come in. It’s one of the only things that has gotten me through the dark times – knowing that our God is greater than all of these dark things we’re dealing with. It’s a source of comfort and strength for me.”

I highly recommend this book! You could read this as a stand alone but I recommend reading the series in order to understand the characters and general story.
