Somebody Love Me - Reviewed

Book Blurb:

Melissa "Missy" Houghton is on a quest for true love, but she's looking in all the wrong places. She abandons her favorite activities in her pursuit of something better. Something that will give her life significance. Something that will bring her hope. When her first boyfriend turns out to be a huge disappointment, she opens her life to more possibilities, only they aren't any better. In fact, Missy finds herself trapped in a situation that skews her view of people, and shreds her ability to trust. The resulting pain doesn't inhibit her search, but it may taint her choices and ultimately cost her more than she's willing to pay.

My Thoughts:

In true Michelle style she has written an edgy book that will have you turning pages faster than you can read them and staying up later than you should to finish this book.
Missy is a water-polo player and is good. After a match she meets a guy who she believes will be the love of her life, when that turns out not like she planned, she is on a quest to fill that void with all the wrong things.
This is a book that all young teen girls and their moms need to read. It is so vital for our young girls to realize where their worth and love comes from. I would love to see a mother/daughter devotional come from this book. I highly recommend this book!
